At Spiritualism AI, we use a hybrid fulfillment model to deliver a diverse range of products. Some items are shipped directly from our in-house inventory, while others are made-to-order through trusted third-party production partners.

Because of this, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships.

In-Stock Items (Fulfilled In-House)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • These items are packed and shipped directly from our inventory.

Print-on-Demand & Partner-Fulfilled Items

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days (may extend during holidays or peak demand)
  • These items are made-to-order and begin production immediately after purchase.
  • Production is handled by our trusted fulfillment partners.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping time begins after processing or production is complete.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Print-on-Demand / Partner Items

  • Shipping Time: 3–10 business days after production is completed

  • In-Stock Items: approximately 4–9 business days total
  • Print-on-Demand Items: approximately 5–15 business days total

📬 Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
  • We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the fulfillment location and product type.
  • All orders include tracking once shipped.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different fulfillment sources.
  • Tracking information will be provided separately for each shipment.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Return Window

  • You may request a return or report an issue within 30 days of delivery.

In-Stock Items

  • Eligible for return if unused and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within the 30-day window.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Items

  • These items are made specifically for you upon ordering.
  • Because of their custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Buyer’s remorse

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost once verified.
